SHIPPING + RETURNS
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
We have a flat rate of $5.99 shipping in line with the current shipping rate via USPS and FREE shipping for orders over $50 before taxes. We currently do not ship internationally.
We must receive returns within 14 days of the date received. Items must be in pristine condition. We have a 14 day return policy for store credit only that will be in the form of a digital gift card. We allow up to 14 days to complete an exchange of an item for a correct size only. There will be a restocking fee of $5.99 for any item being returned. If the item is on sale then it will be noted as FINAL SALE and you will not be able to return or exchange. We are not responsible for any shipping charges to return an item.
Sale items are Final Sale and can not be returned or exchanged and the following are included :
Bodysuits (Due to the nature of the product and for hygienic and sanitary reasons)
Exchanged items should be sent back in pristine condition. Kindly consider that this means the item(s) should have all tags attached, along with no visible signs of being worn, such as makeup, full steamed item/ironed, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. Items are subject to inspection for wear and tear. If approved for exchange, we will issue a full credit on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. We never give credit for shipping charges. If there are not any items in our shop that you currently want, the credit will remain open until you place an order for a new item.

Can I return my items after the 14 day period?
Unfortunately we cannot accept items after the 14 day return policy for store credit. If we receive items after the 14 day period we will ask for a $5.99 shipping charge to send it back to you. If you return a non-returnable item we will donate the item.
What if my item is damaged?
If an item is damaged, we apologize. We will need to know within 5 days of receiving your item(s). We will allow a refund and return of the item. Please email us and we will take care of this unfortunate situation.
What if my item goes on sale after i purchase it?
We will honor the discount difference in STORE CREDIT form only if the sale is within 7 days.
What if my item is stolen/lost?
If you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We can give some tips on what steps to take if you think your order is lost or stolen. Please contact the shipping company for lost or stolen packages, sometimes filing a claim may be required, but here are some tips.
1.Sometimes USPS will make the tracking information as delivered a few hours before or even a day earlier in some cases, before the actual delivery. Please give them 48 hours to make sure they aren't delivering after stating they did.
- Visit your local USPS office with tracking to see where the package could be
- Make sure the address was entered correctly
- Check with the neighbors to make sure they didn’t accidentally receive it
